Our Story
For more than two decades, the rental management company, known as Celebrity Condo Services (owned by Karin Brown), supported owners, residents, and guests across downtown Toronto with reliable, personal management. In Jan 2026, the company transitioned to its next chapter under our new name — Celebrity Condo Management — led by Clarissa and Scott Connell.
This is not a new business starting from scratch. It is the continuation of a proven system, strengthened by leaders who have lived in this community for decades and understand what makes it unique. The transition was made in full partnership with Karin Brown, owner of Celebrity Condo Services, ensuring all owners and tenants continued receiving uninterrupted, dependable service. We are proud to carry forward the trust built over 20+ years while bringing a warm, modern, boutique approach to rental management.
Meet the Team
Clarissa Connell — Co-Owner
Clarissa has spent the past seven years working directly with Karin on every aspect of the rental program: Owner communication, tenant coordination, maintenance & vendor relationships and unit preparation/oversight.
She previously ran her own successful small business and brings a strong background in customer care, organization, long-term client support and content marketing.
A resident of Celebrity Place for over 25 years, Clarissa knows the building, the community, and the people better than most — and has served multiple terms on the Condo Board of Directors.
Scott Connell — Co-Owner
Scott brings more than 20 years of corporate leadership, specializing in team management, project direction, vendor negotiation, and conflict resolution.
He has also lived in Celebrity Place for over 25 years, giving him firsthand insight into the rhythm of the community, the expectations of residents, and the level of care owners require. Scott focuses on operations, communication, and the continued growth of the rental program.

Celebrity Condo Management provides a curated mix of long-term unfurnished and furnished condo rentals, for owners, including:
